Our board-certified pathologists provide exemplary diagnostic capability and expertise to diagnose benign and malignant cutaneous neoplasms of skin, conjunctiva, and the eye itself, including melanoma and unusual tumors such as primary cutaneous endocrine mucin-producing sweat gland carcinoma. We can also support diagnosis of infectious diseases affecting the eye, eyelids, and periocular skin as well as provide margin assessments for excisions. The Oculus Pathology lab provides direct immunofluorescence for diagnosis of cicatricial pemphigoid and lichen planus.
